We have the in house knowledge and expertise to set up a fully functional Internal Audit Department for a small to medium sized firm, tailor made to the specific needs of the business and industry.

Additionally, we can undertake to perform an independent audit of an already established Internal Audit Department of an established Audit Department, perform test of controls and report on the Internal Controls of each separate department, based on the International Standards for the Professional Standards of Internal Auditing.

Following an iterative approach in conjunction with management, we follow up and make suggestions for corrective actions, which we monitor on an ongoing basis.

Note, such internal controls, cannot be provided to a client / business to which our firm also offers external audit services, as such would threaten independency and is not in accordance with the practicing standards.
